Our base regime Zeocracy system is based on a whole team managing itself. With this regime based on Holacracy principle also utilized by companies globally famous like Zappos, David Allen Company, and Medium, we take authorization and responsibilities from executives and spread it to the team. With this, whole team potential increasing system, everybody has the chance to share his/her opinion on better office environment and decision taking. With this system, we work with consultants away from pressure and stress, and we feel free and conscious of the professionally.
With Zeocracy, while our initiatives increasing we started to determine our own responsibilities. We see its’ positive effects not only in our improvement but also in our consultant services. We can share our opinion in every topic and we can contribute to Zeo’s improvement.
