Every quarter of the year, we hold camps which are organized in different parts of Turkey to improve the communication within our team and strengthen our relationships with each other. Together we share our sector related experience and knowledge, which allows us to make important decisions about our company all-together. To relieve from the tiredness of previous periods, we organize social activities and renew our minds for the year ahead.

With the camps we organize together as Zeo, we improve our communication with each other and move away from İstanbul to designate our strategies on different kinds of projects. Besides we have fun at these camps as a team and we make creative activities.

ZEOCRACY SYSTEM

Our base regime Zeocracy system is based on a whole team managing itself. With this regime based on Holacracy principle also utilized by companies globally famous like Zappos, David Allen Company, and Medium, we take authorization and responsibilities from executives and spread it to the team. With this, whole team potential increasing system, everybody has the chance to share his/her opinion on better office environment and decision taking. With this system, we work with consultants away from pressure and stress, and we feel free and conscious of the professionally.

With Zeocracy, while our initiatives increasing we started to determine our own responsibilities. We see its’ positive effects not only in our improvement but also in our consultant services. We can share our opinion in every topic and we can contribute to Zeo’s improvement.

TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION

Within the evaluation meetings which are organized every month, our teammates in each related department are able to determine the optimization topics and create their own solutions. At these meetings, we share every detail, from company endorsement to project budgets. All initiatives are also discussed in order to make a shared decision within the team.

Every work day of every month we organize a meeting to evaluate the previous month and determine the strategy of the current month we are working in. All team members are required to be in the meeting, which allows us to then create a transparent evaluation process. From in-team communications to the snacks list, up-to-date endorsement and up-to-date expenses, we evaluate everything in these meetings. We also decide whether we need new team members or we could even decide if we need a new coffee machine.
