Burak Pehlivan

Burak Pehlivan is a Co-Founder of Zeo and serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He has played key roles across every stage of the agency’s growth, with a consistent focus on building the systems that keep a fast-moving organization stable, accountable, and scalable.

During his years at Bilkent Cyberpark, Burak contributed to R&D efforts for technology initiatives such as icerik.com and Wope, gaining product-minded discipline and operational rigor. That experience continues to influence how Zeo runs today-prioritizing clarity, documentation, standards and risk-aware decision-making.

As CEO, Burak leads Zeo’s administrative and financial management, covering budgeting and resource allocation, legal compliance, contract governance, HR infrastructure and operational standards. His leadership is defined by turning growth into something sustainable: ensuring that as the agency scales, quality remains consistent, costs stay controlled and trust is built through well-run operations.
