The unique sequences of numbers assigned by service providers for devices connected to the Internet to communicate. Devices must have an IP address to access the Internet. Websites have unique IPs. As IPs consist of long and difficult-to-memorize numbers, they are assigned to domain names via DNS. In this way, users can access the respective IPs by simply typing their domain names. IPs are divided into two main types, namely Dynamic IP and Static IP.
