In measuring the trustworthiness of websites, Trust Flow, which was developed by Majestic, gives a score between 0 and 100. The quality of the backlink portfolio of the respective website is taken into consideration while this measurement is being made. In other words, giving to and receiving backlinks from bad websites negatively affects the Trust Flow score of the website. Websites that wish to achieve a higher Trust Flow score should also receive backlinks from quality and authoritative websites with a high Trust Flow score. However, the Trust Flow score does not increase overnight or in a short period of time for that matter. Webmasters need to be patient and consistent. They should also definitely stay away from spam links or black hat activities.
