+39% New Users and +198% Increase in Impressions!
Vispera was founded in Istanbul in early 2014 with a core team of five people who have been working together since 2010. Today, with more than 190 people, Vispera is headquartered in Istanbul, with regional bases in India, the UK, the Netherlands, Spain and the US to serve international customers.
Vispera has a vibrant and diverse partner ecosystem that extends to its business partners, technology vendors and global alliances. Realizing that many retail application and measurement problems are visual, Vispera has become one of the world leaders for the retail industry with its image recognition services and is moving forward with the goal of becoming a world giant company.
Challenges:
When we started the project, service-based non-brand queries such as retail image, image recognition, shelf monitoring did not have the desired rate in view and click metrics. At the same time, there were problems in technical, contextual and category tree creation. Transitions to subfolder structure were provided on our site with subdomain usage. With the site transition, infrastructural/technical actions were taken regarding the transition to a multilingual structure.
Objective:
Our primary objectives were to increase the visibility and organic performance of the website through technical improvements, optimization of existing content by prioritizing the user experience and the crawling process of search bots, category improvements and preparation of new content with high competitive power.
Within the scope of the project, it was especially important to improve the positions and increase visibility in non brand keywords such as category management software solutions, retail execution, image recognition, retail image, visual intelligence for retail. In this context, both the development of the existing solution pages and the new content prepared in the focus keywords enabled the Vispera team to reach the target with all the support and work on the action-taking side. On the blog side, with regular monthly content entries, more visibility was achieved in sectorally relevant words and a significant increase was experienced after optimizations.
