Click refers to situations when a user visits a website after doing a search on a search engine. Search Engine Results Pages (also known as “SERP”) are Google's response to a user's search query. Users can choose from the list of those pages that most closely match their query. Each visit to a website is a click. Webmasters can view the number of clicks using the Google Search Console. It is a very important metric for webmasters, as they are combined with other data to make for a meaningful and insightful analysis.
